Mindful Life Online Workshop
This two-part online workshop will cover the core elements mindfulness and go into detail on how to develop it in all areas of our lives (not just on a cushion). Then, in the second session, I’ll work directly with each attendee to create a personalized plan to develop mindfulness in their unique circumstances.
Note: No previous meditation/mindfulness experience required.

1 hour individual sessions (independently scheduled after group session)
This workshop is donation-based.
After the conclusion of the workshop, all attendee donations will go to future teachings.
This workshop will be limited to five people, but additional people will be first in line for the next workshop (Date: TBD).
