Mindful Life Online Workshop

This two-part online workshop will cover the core elements mindfulness and go into detail on how to develop it in all areas of our lives (not just on a cushion). Then, in the second session, I’ll work directly with each attendee to create a personalized plan to develop mindfulness in their unique circumstances.

Note: No previous meditation/mindfulness experience required.

2 or 3 hour group session (presentation, Q&A, guided meditation)
1 hour individual sessions (independently scheduled after group session)

This workshop is donation-based.
After the conclusion of the workshop, all attendee
donations will go to future teachings.
